This obstacle provides a unique challenge, focusing on flexibility, balance and strength. To pass it, participants need to step carefully along the rope, holding your hands out for balance or your belay rope for support.

Placement
Please note that for maximum safety, the Postman Walk 1 is designed with a safety zone of 1.5 meters on both sides. Additionally, there should be a minimum safety clearance of 1 meter beneath the obstacle to ensure participant safety.
