The Bosun’s Chairs is a versatile obstacle designed for both indoor and outdoor ropes courses. It is available in four lengths – 4, 5, 6, and 7 meters. This obstacle provides a unique challenge, focusing on flexibility, balance and strength. To pass it, participants need to step carefully from plank to plank, holding the vertical ropes for support.
Please note that the actual appearance and specifics of the obstacle may vary.
Attachment
To securely attach the obstacle to existing structure, we recommend you to check our additional attachment details (small cantilevers). The Bosun’s Chairs obstacle requires two type 1 cantilevers.
Please remember that these details are not included in the obstacle price and must be purchased separately. Don’t forget to check them out!
Placement
Please note that for maximum safety, the Bosun’s Chairs is designed with a safety zone of 1.5 meters on both sides. Additionally, there should be a minimum safety clearance of 1 meter beneath the obstacle to ensure participant safety.
